A: Simply select your preferred park, choose your date, and complete your payment online. You’ll receive your ticket by email.

Q: Do I receive a physical ticket or an e-ticket?

A: All tickets are issued as e-tickets. You can show them on your phone or print them for entry.

Q: How long does it take to receive my ticket after purchase?

A: For same-day bookings, your tickets or vouchers are generated automatically by our system and sent to your email within 10 minutes.

For future-dated bookings, your tickets or vouchers will be processed and delivered to your email the evening before your activity (around 10 PM).

Q: Can I book tickets for someone else?

A: Yes, you can book tickets under another person’s name. Just ensure their ID matches the ticket at entry. But we recommend you rather purchase a gift card in this case.

Payments & Pricing

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Q: Are ticket prices the same as buying directly at the park?

A: Our prices often include exclusive online discounts.

A: All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Some parks allow date changes. Please check the terms on their website before booking.

Q: Can I reschedule my visit after booking?

A: This depends on the park’s policy. Most tickets are open-dated. But for tours and other services contact our support team for assistance.

Q: What happens if I miss my booking date?

A: Unfortunately, missed dates are considered no-shows and cannot be refunded.
