- Disabled Guests must enter the theme park on a full-priced day ticket & need to provide proof of disability, one helper can gain entry to the theme park for free with them.
- No strollers are allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- A valid photo ID is mandatory to gain entry to the park.
- Rides will operate subject to availability.
- Children below 1.05 m get to enter for free. Child tickets (Between 1.05 m – 1.19 m) and senior citizen tickets are available at reduced prices.
- Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the park premises.
- Smoking within the park premises is not permitted.
- During the Holy Month of Ramadan, the activity will not have any Live Entertainment or House Beverages.
- Convenient storage lockers are available at the park entrance.
- The Haunted Hotel is only open to guests aged 15 and older.
